Laserablation and laseretching |
|
Laser ablation is the process of removing material from a solid surface by irradiating it with a laser beam. At low laser flux, the material is heated by the absorbed laser energy and evaporates or sublimates.
Selective coating removal on medical wires and tubes can be achieved without altering the base material
Used for Day and Night design i.e. interior parts for automotive, mobile phones, displays etc. The required symbol is achieved by removing one or more thin layers of paint.
